I’m making a Japanese “KOKESHI” based icon and some Dock themes at this moment and they are going to be released during this month. Moreover, “icon” page will be “download” page that will include not only icons but also desktop pictures, Dock themes and more.

2年とちょっと前、まだロンドンに居たとき、大枚はたいて買った23mmの超広角のデジカメ、Kodak V570。23mmと39mm~117mm用にそれぞれ2つのレンズとCCDを搭載しているカメラです。コンパクトデジタルカメラでこんなことやったのはKodakだけ。

今となってはお世辞にも画質はよくないし、電源を切ると設定はデフォルトになってしまうなどいろいろ問題もあるけど、青色の発色はきれいだし、カメラ自体携帯並みの薄さで、いいところもたくさん。

販売終了して長いけど、未だにYahoo!オークションでは中古が3万〜4万で出てるw アメリカのアマゾンでは6万とかで出てるしw

そんなカメラが、ちょっと故障しました。39mm~117mmに切り替えると何も写らない！Kodakのサポートセンターに電話すると、修理代は2万円。高い。。。

どーしよ、修理にだそうかな。。。

I’ve just noticed.. Now ￡(pound) is around 150 yen!! WTF.

It was around 180 yen (￡1) when I paid my tuition fee for my university, which was University College Falmouth, and become over 220 yen (1￡) after I left.


I think it is kinda lucky for those who are planning to go to England to study ;p

なんと現在1ポンドが150円！僕がイギリス留学するときには180円くらいで、卒業する頃には220円以上だったのに！

70円以上違うと見える景色変わってくるw 年間のEU外の学生の学費7000ポンド〜10000ポンドくらいなんだけど、僕のときは7000くらいで、１ポンド180円だったから年間126万円くらい。単純に考えると今なら100万ちょいくらい。220円のときなら年間150万以上だったわけだ。。。ほんと単純に考えて、50万くらい安くなるってことは、今がチャンス！ってこと？でいいのかな。。。

とりあえず220円時代にイギリスに留学されていた方、御愁傷様です。

FinderとiTunes用のアイコンを作りました。Finderはご覧のようにキスしちゃってるアイコン、iTunesはありそうでなかったカラフルなアイコン。花をイメージして作りました。

As you see, 2 people are kissing in the Finder icon and iTunes icon is the one that has very vivid colours that I wanted to use for myself because there are too many bluish icons out there!
